Thank you for using Art Oracle, provided by SmartGlassVisionLab Inc. (hereinafter "Company"). These Terms

of Use govern your access to and use of the Service.

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms establish the conditions, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and

Users regarding the use of the Art Oracle mobile application and related services.

Article 2. Definitions

1. "Service" refers to the mobile application service provided by the Company, including AI art

authentication, artwork registration, QR certification, and ownership transfer features.

2. "User" refers to any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.

3. "Member" refers to a User who has registered an account, classified as Individual, Artist, or Gallery

member.

4. "Subscription" refers to the recurring payment made to access premium features of the Service.

Article 3. Effectiveness and Modification of Terms

1. These Terms become effective when posted within the Service or otherwise communicated to Users.

2. The Company may modify these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, with at least 7 days'

prior notice before the effective date.

3. Users who do not agree to the modified Terms may discontinue use of the Service and terminate their

account.
